How to use a BX font (Step-By-Step Guide)
Make sure you have the software to install and use your BX font
You will need the free Embrilliance Express software to exploit your BX files. If you don’t have it, please follow our tutorial below.

Writing text with the BX font
In the top bar, click on the letter A.
An "ABC" field appears in the hoop.
You can modify the text by going to the section at bottom right.
You'll find a text field that defaults to "ABC", and a drop-down menu showing all the BX fonts you've installed.
If the text editing area disappears, simply click again on your text in the yellow embroidery area.
Edit the text, select your font and you're done!
Saving and exporting your text
Once you've finalized your text, you can save and export it.
- Go to the "File" menu
- Click on "Save stitch file as"
- In the save file window, you'll see a drop-down menu at the bottom with a selection of embroidery machine formats
- Select the format required for your machine
